Troubleshooting

If your settings aren’t showing correctly or you’re having other difficulties using the app, the following simple solutions often work.

• Reboot your smartphone or PC
• Update the Eight app to the latest version
• Update your smartphone

Note that once the app is updated, the update can’t be reversed.

Check the Eight Support Center

Go to the Eight Support Center first. We periodically update the site based on user feedback.
