If you filled in the password reset form but didn’t receive a reset email within a few minutes, the most likely explanation is that your mail server has misidentified the email as spam. So, the first thing to do is check your junk folder. Failing this, it may be the rare case that your anti-spam software has quarantined the email, in which case you’ll need to check there.

If you still can’t fix the problem, if the email address on your business card is different to your login email, it’s also possible to reset your password using that address.
