The app’s not working properly

If the app is not moving properly from screen to screen, or data is not displaying correctly, please try the following steps:


  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Close other apps on your phone.
  • Restart your device.
  • Sync your device with the server.


To sync with the server:


  1. Open the app and go to your profile page.
  2. Tap the settings button (looks like a cog) in the top right corner.
  3. Tap ‘Sync with server’ at the bottom of the menu.

If the above steps don’t fix the problem, please try reinstalling the app.


Warning: In order to do this you must have your login info set up. You will need to enter your login email and password after reinstalling. If you do not do this, your data will be lost when you uninstall the app.


To reinstall:


  1. Delete the app from your device (it’s not necessary to log out first).
  2. Download again from the App Store / Google Play.
  3. Log in and sync with the server.
